Overview
Fast Lane Computer Consultancy is Cisco Systems, Inc.’s largest Cisco Learning Solutions Partner (CLSP) worldwide providing world-class training on all Cisco products and technologies from entry-level to expert-level. In addition to the Cisco offering, Fast Lane is also a global Learning Partner for Network Appliance (NetApp). Fast Lane is growing rapidly and is seeking a talented Account Manager to join the existing Sales Team.
The successful candidate will sell Fast Lane’s Cisco and NetApp training courses to a number of assigned accounts across the UAE and other Gulf countries (occasional travel will be required). This role will largely be customer facing.
Job Purpose
- Build strong relationships across all levels (including CxO, Sales, Operations, Procurement & Finance) of assigned accounts.
- Drive sales execution resulting in increased revenue, market share and customer satisfaction.
- Achieve & exceed defined sales targets of Fast Lane learning solutions.
- Educate customer base on the business value added by authorized training.
- Identify and close new business opportunities.
- Execute sales strategy as defined by Sales Manager.
- Work with the Fast Lane Sales Team to cultivate, qualify and close new opportunities.
- Work with Sales Manager to accurately forecast sales.
- Become Subject Matter Expert (SME) and provide consultative services to customers aimed at generating and maximizing revenue.
- Manage large scale training projects end-to-end.
Required Qualifications & Areas of Expertise
- Educated to degree level (BSc/BA)
- Knowledge/experience of Cisco products, technologies and sales strategy is advantageous.
- Sales skills within networking industry are advantageous.
- Proven track record of achieving/exceeding sales quotas in excess of US $1m.
- Self motivated and able to work with minimal supervision.
- Ability to prioritize workload and be flexible.
- Excellent knowledge of customer business models.
- Excellent presentation skills, time management and personal appearance.
- Strong team player.
- Excellent spoken and written English.
- Excellent spoken Arabic.
- Computer literate with basic use of Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Access.
